We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious, perfect for my large family and my nephew. We loved being close to Salcedo Village, where there are fantastic cafes and shops. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the WiFi was reliable, making it easy to stay connected.
My children wanted a wider variety of breakfast options for picky eaters.

Target audience, decent stay if you can overlook some issues
Spent a solid night at a room that was HUGE and spacious. I appreciated the great kitchen setup--made cooking my breakfast easy, really made it feel like home.
It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for.

missingWrote a review on 16 Julspacious accommodationsfriendly stafflimited dining optionsinconvenient accessrestricted menu
Spacious accommodations with a stunning city view made my time here enjoyable. The friendly housekeeping staff was attentive, and the complimentary Colombian coffee was a delightful treat in the mornings. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, with the restaurant offering only a restricted menu. Additionally, while the front door is guarded, gaining lobby access via the restaurant side door felt a bit inconvenient during busy hours.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! The location was perfect—close to Salcedo Village with lots of great spots to grab drinks and enjoy good music. Our room was spacious and clean, making it a comfortable stay. I'd recommend checking out the restaurant on the ground floor, but maybe grab breakfast elsewhere for better options.
We had an issue with the towels as only one was provided. Had to ask for more but often faced delays getting them, which was a bit annoying.

The three-bedroom suite offered expansive space perfect for our family. It felt like a penthouse with roomy bedrooms and a comfortable living area. We also enjoyed the stunning city view, which added a nice touch to our stay.
However, we did encounter some delays with service requests, which was slightly inconvenient.

The hotel has a nice location near attractions.
I faced many issues during my stay. the shower gel dispenser was broken, making it inconvenient to freshen up. Additionally, there were yellow stains on the bed linen, which was quite disturbing. The service staff's poor attitude added to my discomfort, and I felt neglected with towels missing during breakfast.
